How long does delivery take?

Delivery is free to mainland Spain and takes 3 to 5 working days, or 5 to 8 to France, Italy and Portugal, to your door. You receive a tracking number as soon as the tray leaves our warehouse.

How do I measure the space for a shower tray?

Measure the width and depth of the recess at its narrowest point and allow a few millimetres for sealing. If the recess is not square, measure at three points.

Can it be installed flush with the floor?

Yes. The ultra-slim format allows either a flush or a surface-mounted installation; a flush fit needs the recess and drainage fall prepared before tiling.

Is it anti-slip?

Yes. The surface is slip-resistant and the tray meets EN 14527, the standard covering shower trays.

What warranty does the tray carry?

It carries the manufacturer's warranty and CE certification. You also have the three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. Details for each size are listed on the product page.

Can I return it if it does not fit?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Our carrier collects it from your home and collection costs €59. If the tray arrives faulty or damaged, collection is free.
