How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free to mainland Spain and takes 3 to 5 working days, or 5 to 8 to France, Italy and Portugal, by specialist carrier, to your door. You receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Does it need a special electrical supply?
Yes. The whirlpool system needs an earthed socket with residual-current protection, installed by a qualified electrician to the low-voltage regulations.
What maintenance does the jet system need?
Wipe the surface with non-abrasive products and run a cleaning cycle through the circuit periodically to keep the pipework hygienic.
Does it use a lot of water or electricity?
No. The system recirculates the water already in the bath, so water use is similar to a conventional bath and the electrical draw during a session is moderate.
What warranty does it carry?
It carries a 5-year manufacturer's warranty and CE certification to EN 14516. You also have the three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. Model details are listed on the product page.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Our carrier collects it from your home and collection costs €59. If the bath arrives faulty or damaged, collection is free.
