How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free and takes 3 to 5 working days to mainland Spain, or 5 to 8 to France, Italy and Portugal. You receive a tracking number as soon as the bath leaves our warehouse.
What is included with the bath?
The sanitary-grade acrylic bath and its waste system. Taps are sold separately, because each installation calls for a different model.
Do I need a plumber to install it?
Yes, we recommend professional installation. The waste and water connections should be made by a plumber to guarantee a watertight fit and to keep the warranty valid.
What warranty does the bath carry?
METROPOLE baths come with a 3-year warranty from delivery. If you wish, you can purchase an extended warranty at an additional cost. See the options and conditions on each product page.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Our carrier collects it from your home and collection costs €59.
Will my floor take the weight?
Sanitary-grade acrylic is light, so a full freestanding bath does not normally require structural reinforcement in a standard home. The exact weight is listed on each model's page.
